This goes through Beehiiv, our email provider.

- Your name (if you share it)
- Whatever you write
Payments & Voluntary Support
If you make a purchase or voluntary contribution:

- Your name
- Payment amount and date
- Transaction ID (from Stripe or PayPal)
We do not store your full credit card number. Payment details are handled securely by Stripe and PayPal.
Comments (if we turn them on)
If we add comments later:

5. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information:

That said, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We do our best, but can’t guarantee absolute security.
6. How Long We Keep Data
Newsletter subscribers: As long as you’re subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we remove your email from active lists but may keep subscription records up to 2 years for legal purposes.
Analytics: Google retains data per their policies. We’ve set ours to 14 months.
Server logs: Deleted after 30 days.
Contact messages: Kept as long as needed, usually deleted within a year unless we’re still in conversation.
7. Your Rights
7.1 Everyone
You can:
Access: Ask for a copy of what we have on you.
Correction: Ask us to fix wrong data.
Deletion: Ask us to delete your data (within legal limits).
Object: Object to certain uses of your data.
Unsubscribe: Leave the newsletter anytime. Link’s in every email.

If you’re in the European Economic Area:
